Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actor. He began his acting career by playing on TV shows such as Opposite sexual sex. After appearances in a variety of teens' films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has continued to be featured in films based on graphic novels and comics: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim and. the World (2009) Snowpiercer The Snowpiercer(2013). In addition to his role as Captain America/Steve Rogers Evans earned him recognition for the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) as well as Captain America: Civil War. He was one of the top-paid actors around the globe due to his role in the Marvel series.
